From start to finish our Organic French Roast is guaranteed to satisfy your palate. We begin with a specialty bean from Guatemala and then we roast to a medium-dark profile. Traditional french roasting is taken to the end of the second crack but this roast is pulled slightly before the end of the second crack, which we feel gives our Organic French Roast a richer flavor with a lower acidity. Due to the bean choice and slightly lighter roast profile, this coffee leaves a delightful bittersweet essence behind without the typical "burnt" flavor of some french roasted coffees.
